Tasty! Authentic style, healthy mexican food. Enjoyed the maiz dorado, a delicious tequila sunrise, and some crawfish stuffed chili rellenos! Also snacked on some hand-rolled taquitos and tried a bite of their spicy tilapia tacos. Awesome food all around : )

I'm driving up from Mount Shasta and meeting friends for dinner at Inti this evening and I love Mexican food. Looking forward to good times, good food, and one of those famous margaritas.

This restaurant first opened about 3 years ago, and I would stop in all the time for Chupacabra tacos (braised lamb in chipotle sauce) and Maíz Dorado (grilled corn & cheese dip). They were my favorite dishes, but eventually I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and try more of their offerings. Everything has been great. I'm not a big fan of vegetarian dishes, but even Inti was able to make tofu tasty, by spicing it up with pleny of heat and tossing it with additional veggies. The atmosphere is very fun and informal. You are always greeted with a smile and treated like a friend of the family. I don't know how anyone can think the vibe is wrong, unless they are a pretentious butt who can't enjoy life. Inti is a part of Talent, OR, and they certainly make you feel like you belong. Also, Inti's margaritas are great, and they make the best mojito's around. No cocktail bar between Ashland & Medford can out-do Inti's mojito. I'm serious. All in all, Inti has great food at great
