Forgery Benito Lopez-Zamora, 36, of Redwood City. An Oregon State Police trooper Wednesday arrested Lopez-Zamora on a charge of first-degree possession of a forged instrument. In addition, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials charged him with suspicion of being in the country illegally.
